Photography/Interests

Here you will find photographs on my design journey in the UK and Europe. This is my personal interests to design as a whole seeing what's new and keeping up with the design trends as it keeps changing yearly, with new materials being discovered and innovative ways of using current materials. Colour plays a big role in design now as it can affect our train of thought and how active we are during the day. Which is good to see how designers can bring together the contrast of colour with different materials without them clashing or feeling out of place.
Malta

A study trip to Malta during the summer to study this old historical town. Why buildings are designed and situated in the places they are due to street layouts. Understanding how the street layout helps the ventilation of the buildings.

Milan

A study trip to Milan during the Design Festival during the Easter Holidays. Plenty to see, lots to understand and adapt to new ways of designing and improve on my own understanding of design.

Tate Modern 2013

Tate Modern as well as Brick Lane has always been a good place to see art work and how art installations are displayed within a space. Also a good place to see new art work from upcoming artists and designers as well as well known artists and designers.

Royal Festival Hall 2013

Royal Festival Hall was the place I graduated but it is also a good place to see how lighting is used within a space, but also see how the space is used. Seeing how the programs in the space works and how they are split within the building is interesting it makes one think why are they place in the locations they are in.

Barbican 2013

Barbican is a nice place to relax and have lunch. There are Architects lectures hold here once in a while as well as exhibition and art installations and sometimes live music.

The Science Museum is a fun place to be seeing old and new technology in one place. This place is also nice and vibrant.
